This role is accountable for net-new logo acquisition, competitive displacement, and expansion of Ricoh solutions within newly acquired accounts.<\/p>\n<p>The Account Manager New Business operates as a front-line hunter, proactively identifying, engaging, and converting midmarket prospects by deeply understanding their business challenges, competitive landscape, and digital transformation priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Job Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own net-new customer acquisition within the assigned midmarket territory<\/li>\n<li>Proactively displace incumbent competitors through value-based selling and strategic account targeting<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage a robust prospect pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and marketing-driven leads<\/li>\n<li>Conduct consultative discovery to uncover unmet customer needs and business challenges<\/li>\n<li>Position Ricoh solutions as differentiated alternatives that deliver measurable business outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers both virtually and in person<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal partners to win competitive opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Net-new logo acquisition<\/li>\n<li>New business revenue attainment vs. quota<\/li>\n<li>Competitive displacement wins<\/li>\n<li>Pipeline coverage and pipeline creation<\/li>\n<li>Average deal size and sales cycle velocity<\/li>\n<li>Share-of-wallet growth within newly acquired accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience required<\/li>\n<li>3-5 \u00a0years of new business sales experience in a hunting role<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success winning competitive deals<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling IT, software, or technology-enabled services preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hunter mindset with strong prospecting discipline<\/li>\n<li>Competitive selling and objection-handling skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence and build relationships with decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>High learning agility and adaptability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Conditions<\/p>\n<p>Hybrid role requiring the ability to be in person with customers most days.
