Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seeking a\u00a0Product Manager who is highly execution-oriented and comfortable using AI tools effectively in day-to-day product management activities.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate does not need to build AI models or have deep machine learning expertise but should understand how to apply AI-powered tools and workflows to improve product discovery, analysis, documentation, automation, decision-making, and overall product delivery.<\/p>\n<p>This role will work closely with engineering, business, operations, and analytics teams to support product initiatives across digital payments and platform solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Define and support the execution of product roadmaps and feature initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements and customer feedback<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and product specifications<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve productivity, research, documentation, reporting, analysis, and product workflows<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Use data and insights to drive product decisions and continuous improvements<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support product launches, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct market and competitive analysis using modern AI-assisted research tools<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across product initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3\u20134 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong understanding of product management fundamentals and Agile methodologies<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar productivity and research platforms<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to use AI effectively for documentation, analysis, workflow optimization, presentations, research, and decision support<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrated ability to payments, SaaS, or digital platforms<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Familiarity with APIs, analytics platforms, or digital product ecosystems<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience working with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understanding of emerging AI trends and practical enterprise AI use
