Our team helps by identifying client work interests and basic skills required, along with providing on the jobsite training and ongoing support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift:<\/strong> Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm<\/p>\n<p><u>What to expect.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>This is a direct care opportunity to\u00a0<strong>support clients in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment<\/strong>\u00a0in their communities. A bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Skills and knowledge in performing supported employment activities including identifying and negotiating potential jobs, getting clients integrated into jobs, providing job coaching assistance, and client advocacy with employers and clients.<\/li>\n<li>A driver\u2019s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHY SHEPPARD PRATT?<\/strong><br \/>At Sheppard Pratt, we are more than just a workplace.
