As a PT\/DPT at Restore Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their optimal functional outcomes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients&#8217; musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and functional abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop individualized treatment plans and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on client assessments, goals, and evidence-based practice.<\/li>\n<li>Implement appropriate physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, functional abilities, and promote independence.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Educate clients and their families on exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise PTAs as assigned in accordance with New York State regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to ethical and professional standards in clinical practice and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practice and participate in professional development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client evaluations, progress notes, and billing information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree<\/li>\n<li>Current or Pending New York State Physical Therapist license<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Passion for helping others and making a positive impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth and development<\/li>\n<li>Supportive and collaborative work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are a dedicated and compassionate PT\/DPT looking to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
