As a PTA at Restore Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on therapy services to clients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.<\/li>\n<li>Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to help clients improve functional abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Document client progress and observations accurately and in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to modify treatment plans based on client needs and progress.<\/li>\n<li>Support clients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Educate clients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to ethical and professional standards in clinical practice and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other relevant activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting<\/li>\n<li>Current or Pending New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Passion for helping others and making a positive impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth and development<\/li>\n<li>Supportive and collaborative work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are a motivated and compassionate PTA looking to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
