You will foster early cognitive, motor, and social-emotional growth while maintaining strict health and safety standards.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bottle feeding, introducing solid foods, and diaper changes, play with children.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to safe sleep practices (e.g., &#8220;Safe Sleep&#8221; guidelines) and monitor napping infants.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all diapering, feeding, and sleeping areas are sanitized regularly to prevent the spread of illness.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in planning and facilitating age-appropriate, sensory-rich activities (e.g., tummy time, singing, reading, and motor-skill play).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in observing and tracking each child\u2019s development, logging milestones and sharing progress with parents.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a calm, predictable, and responsive routine that builds trust and emotional security<\/li>\n<li>Maintain open, daily communication with parents regarding their child&#8217;s day, eating\/sleeping habits, and milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with parents to align center routines with home care routines<\/li>\n<li>Supervise children constantly to ensure a hazard-free classroom.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with state licensing regulations, child-to-teacher ratios, and facility policies<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong> Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
