If you want to grow quickly in a role that values insight over Excel, <strong>apply now!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an a member of our execution team,\u00a0it will be your responsibility to deliver game-changing Senior Advisors to our Private Equity clients. Your work has a direct impact on our clients\u2019 ability to compete on landmark private equity deals across key economic sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Your day will be focussed on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Research<\/strong>: Quickly and thoroughly understanding industry ecosystems to identify and map the key companies and executives relevant to the deal.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Communication<\/strong>: Sourcing, interviewing and securing experienced C-level executives and thought-leaders as advisors to our clients.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Client Management<\/strong>: Present research findings to our PE clients and recommend the most relevant advisors for maximum impact on the given deal process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will possess high-performance mindset, a desire to own your work and have a healthy dose of grit.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll be someone who thrives on constructive feedback, is coachable and driven to grow.<\/li>\n<li>You will have strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll have experience thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment.<\/li>\n<li>You will be detail-oriented and committed to excellence.<\/li>\n<li>You will be fluent in English and have the right to work in the US.<\/li>\n<li>You will have approximately 3-18 months&#8217; professional experience in recruitment, executive search, expert networks, or a similar business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer in return:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation\u00a0&#8211; depending on experience,\u00a0a base salary of <strong>$77,500 plus bonus<\/strong>\u00a0for Associates,\u00a0or <strong>$82,500 plus bonus<\/strong> for Senior Associates.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Rapid career progression<\/strong> for strong performers &#8211;
