{"id":20070,"date":"2026-05-28T12:55:57","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T12:55:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/recruitment-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2026-06-25T11:30:47","modified_gmt":"2026-06-25T15:30:47","slug":"recruitment-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"ch_job","link":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/recruitment-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruitment Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>For further inquiries regarding the following opportunity, please contact our Talent Specialist, Justeen at\u00a0(224)-394-4903\u00a0or\u00a0Sri at (630) 847-0953<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Title:\u00a0Recruitment Coordinator (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0Deerfield, IL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Must be Onsite in Deerfield with a hybrid: schedule of 3 days onsite &#8211; can be flexible on the days.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:<\/strong> normal business hours<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The role of a Recruitment Coordinator is to act as guardian of the candidate experience and to ensure that all logistical and administrative aspects of the Talent Acquisition process are executed with precision and a high, customer service orientation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 You will skillfully navigate and resolve scheduling conflicts and logistics towards positive outcomes and be able to work independently.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 You will drive the internal brand of TA forward though your outstanding engagement with others and work effectively to represent client\u00a0externally.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our Operations &#8211; Solutions Recruiting Team.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 This team is based across a number of sites and your role will comprise providing onsite and remote support to your team.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Your key accountabilities will range from seamlessly arranging complex interview requests across our business to playing an active role in facilitating successful candidate interview days.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Your high, customer service orientation, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills will make you an integral part of the success of this team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top 3-5 Must Have Non-negotiable Skills Required<\/strong><br \/>1. Experience with calendar management and interview scheduling<br \/>2. Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests<br \/>3. High level attention to detail- hiring managers are located within in all 50 states with different time zones, this person must be able to pivot and schedule according, quickly without error<br \/>4. Ability to stay organized with the dedication to follow up<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0Good customer service and stakeholder interaction skills<\/p>\n<p>6. 1 year of experience with scheduling- this could be an internship or part time job where they had to keep an organized high volume schedule. Would also consider a student graduating in May who has demonstrated an interest in the HR field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have Skills<\/strong><br \/>1. Managing scheduling in a Talent acquisition environment<br \/>2. Outlook exposure to SharePoint and ability to navigate a shared document hub<br \/>3.
