Your Role as a Sales Associate<\/p>\n
As a Sales Associate, you\u2019ll connect clients with the services and products that support their wellness goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
\u2022 Sales & Customer Service:
\u2022 Promote the value of Massage Envy memberships and services, and educate clients on retail products to enhance their experience.
\u2022 Convert guests to members and book future services to support their total body care journey.
\u2022 Client Engagement:
\u2022 Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and answering questions.
\u2022 Build lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
\u2022 Operational Excellence:
\u2022 Handle cash transactions, manage client records, and ensure the workspace remains clean and therapeutic.
\u2022 Uphold Massage Envy\u2019s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
\u2022 Member Retention:
\u2022 Reach out to members via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
We\u2019re seeking candidates who are:
\u2022 Sales Superstars:
\u2022 Comfortable promoting services, memberships, and retail products. Previous sales experience is a plus.
\u2022 Customer Service Pros:
\u2022 Passionate about creating exceptional experiences and building relationships with clients.
\u2022 Smart and Tech-Savvy:
\u2022 Confident handling cash, using computers, and managing schedules. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
\u2022 Energetic and Flexible:
\u2022 Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
