Takes\u00a0Room\u00a0Service\u00a0menu\u00a0orders\u00a0via\u00a0telephone\u00a0or\u00a0in\u00a0person\u00a0and\u00a0provides\u00a0guidance and support to patients regarding menu selections.<\/p>\n
May\u00a0participate\u00a0in\u00a0food\u00a0service\u00a0tray-line\u00a0production and\u00a0ensures\u00a0patient\u00a0meal\u00a0tray accuracy as assigned.<\/p>\n
Under\u00a0dietitian’s\u00a0supervision,\u00a0ensures\u00a0accuracy\u00a0and\u00a0compliance\u00a0of\u00a0patient\u00a0menu<\/p>\n

Assists\u00a0with\u00a0recipe\u00a0analysis\u00a0and\u00a0hospital\u00a0and\u00a0dietary\u00a0guidelines\u00a0adherence.<\/p>\n
Participates in training and orienting of new employees to the\u00a0department,\u00a0tray\u00a0line, and Room Service office.<\/p>\n
Assists dietitians in food service monitoring and planning.<\/p>\n
