In this sales\u2011focused role, you engage guests as a brand ambassador, introduce the vacation ownership experience, and invite qualified prospects to attend award\u2011winning vacation presentations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>How You\u2019ll Shine<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Represent Travel and Leisure as a positive, professional brand ambassador<\/p>\n<p>Engage prospective customers and incentivize them to attend sales preview tours<\/p>\n<p>Qualify guests based on company guidelines<\/p>\n<p>Schedule tour reservations and collect required deposits<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Training Pay: $19.75 per hour, with commission opportunities during the first 60 days<\/p>\n<p>After 60 Days: $17.75 per hour, plus commissions<\/p>\n<p><i>Actual compensation may vary based on performance, experience, skills, and location<\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers while following all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements (80%)<\/p>\n<p>Attend training sessions and department meetings, stay current on marketing materials and industry trends, and set and review performance goals (20%)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>What You&#8217;ll Bring<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>High School Diploma or equivalent required<\/p>\n<p>Sales and\/or marketing experience preferred, not required<\/p>\n<p>Ability to meet and maintain production standards<\/p>\n<p>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n<p>Team\u2011oriented with the ability to work in a shared environment<\/p>\n<p>Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, general computer skills, and smart devices<\/p>\n<p>This is a high\u2011energy opportunity with strong earning potential and room for growth.
