To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as an Instructor in our American Regional Training Department. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of airline experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills. This position will report to the Manager, Training Resources.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n Provide a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees<\/p>\n Teach core training to include QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp \u2013 Eagle Ground Operations Manual (EGOM), and Complaint Resolution Official (CRO), Jetbridge, Transfer Assist<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Job Qualifications and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n One (1) year of airline experience<\/p>\n Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines<\/p>\n Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff<\/p>\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite<\/p>\n Ability to work a flexible schedule<\/p>\n A MANAGER\u2019S RECOMMENDATION LETTER IS REQUIRED<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n Knowledge of QIK, Sabre, and airport environment<\/p>\n Prior teaching experience in a corporate environment<\/p>\n Bachelor\u2019s degree in related field\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Work Environment:<\/strong><\/p>\n Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment<\/p>\n All shifts including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays, and\/or irregular shifts<\/p>\n Limited travel required<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Physical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n Occasional lifting to 25 pounds<\/p>\n Long periods of standing or speaking<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The above statements provide a brief description of the general nature of work performed and are not intended to be a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required for this position.
