In this role, you\u2019ll help accelerate Kipsu\u2019s growth by identifying and engaging new prospects across the hospitality industry. Through outbound calls, emails, and social selling, you\u2019ll generate qualified opportunities and partner closely with our sales team to advance them.<\/p>\n<p>Kipsu provides hoteliers with a new way to engage guests through real-time digital channels\u2014enabling them to intercept feedback, elevate service, and build lasting human connections. As an SDR, you\u2019ll play a critical role in sharing this story with the market and opening the door to relationships that transform the guest experience.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social selling.<\/li>\n<li>Generate high-quality opportunities and set meetings for the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Research accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently hit\u2014and exceed\u2014monthly activity and opportunity targets.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly communicate Kipsu\u2019s value and core capabilities at a high level.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging.<\/li>\n<li>Stay curious: keep learning about hospitality trends, competitors, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Jump in to support projects outside your lane when needed\u2014we win as one team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>WHAT WE\u2019RE LOOKING FOR<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-energy and professional\u2014you thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Resilient and persistent\u2014comfortable handling rejection and keeping momentum.<\/li>\n<li>Motivated to grow a career in sales, with a drive to exceed expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Naturally curious and eager to go deep on an industry or topic.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable\u2014you\u2019re comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Kipsu\u2019s Core Values resonates with you and aligns with your personal values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The base pay for this role starts at $45,000\/yr. The pay structure for this role is base pay + commission.
