The Associate Trade Sales Consultant role is designed to prepare you for a future position as an outside Trade Sales Consultant through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you\u2019ll partner closely with an experienced Sales Consultant while supporting customers in the showroom and in the field. You\u2019ll build product knowledge, develop customer relationships, and gain experience using tools like PQM and CRM to generate quotes and manage interactions\u2014all while learning how to grow and manage a customer base.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the sales process in the showroom and in the field<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners<\/li>\n<li>Assist with quoting, blueprint reading, and customer follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Develop expertise in Pella products and the competitive landscape<\/li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Participate in sales training, local events, and industry opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u00a0We\u2019re\u00a0Looking\u00a0For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong\u00a0relationship-building\u00a0and\u00a0communication\u00a0skills<\/li>\n<li>Interest\u00a0in\u00a0sales\u00a0and\u00a0a\u00a0drive\u00a0to\u00a0grow\u00a0a\u00a0customer\u00a0base<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving\u00a0mindset\u00a0and\u00a0attention\u00a0to\u00a0detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability\u00a0to\u00a0thrive\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0fast-paced,\u00a0team-oriented\u00a0environment<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability\u00a0and\u00a0willingness\u00a0to\u00a0learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This role is designed to prepare you for an outside sales position within 6\u201312 months, based on your readiness and business needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The pay for this role is $25\/hr., with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time.
