This role partners closely with the Creative Operations Manager to ensure creative projects are efficiently briefed, planned, tracked, and delivered on time across paid and retail media channels.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0This individual is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative\u2014serving as a key connector between Creative, Sales, Account Management, Production, and external partners. The Specialist helps translate business needs into clear, actionable workflows, supports intake and briefing processes, manages timelines and tracking, and ensures consistent communication throughout the creative lifecycle.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0By maintaining strong operational rigor and proactive communication, the Creative Operations Specialist helps enable the creative team to focus on producing best-in-class, brand-forward creative that drives performance and delivers value for brand partners.<\/p>\n<p>Hands-on Creative Operations experience<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Direct experience managing intake, briefing, timelines, approvals, and delivery of creative work (not just marketing or design).<br \/>Execution-focused (not strategy-first)<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong at running workflows and keeping projects moving, rather than leading strategy or owning client relationships.<br \/>Works well within a team structure<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Comfortable reporting to a Creative Ops Manager and executing within defined processes \u2014 no need for senior\/lead ownership.<br \/>Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Able to handle multiple concurrent campaigns, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines without losing organization or quality.<br \/>Strong cross-functional coordination skills<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Experience working with creative teams, marketing, brand partners, and\/or agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment.<br \/>Familiarity with creative workflows and asset lifecycle<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Understands brief quality, creative reviews, feedback loops, specs, and final asset delivery\/trafficking.<br \/>Tool proficiency in project management systems<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Experience with tools like Monday.com, Workfront, or similar, and disciplined about keeping systems up to date.<br \/>Detail-oriented and process-driven<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong attention to detail with ability to catch issues early, track dependencies, and maintain clean documentation.<br \/>Creative environment exposure (but not a designer role)<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Has worked closely with designers\/copywriters and understands creative work \u2014 but is not primarily a creative producer\/designer.<\/p>\n<p>Job Requirements<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a02\u20134+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, trafficking, or creative services.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Experience working with creative, design, or marketing teams; agency or retail media experience is a plus.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Familiarity with digital creative development across channels such as social, video, onsite, and offsite media preferred.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Figma, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint).<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who remains calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Passion for creative excellence, operational rigor, and supporting high-performing creative teams<\/p>\n<p>Principal Duties &amp; Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)<\/p>\n<p>Creative Operations &amp; Project Execution<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Support end-to-end creative operations across Media Creative projects, including intake, briefing, timelines, resourcing support, and delivery tracking.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Assist with the creative intake and briefing process by gathering required information, reviewing submissions for completeness, and flagging gaps or risks to the Creative Operations Manager.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Build, maintain, and update detailed project timelines, status documents, and tracking reports to ensure milestones are clearly defined and met.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Orchestrate day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks move efficiently through each stage of the creative workflow.<\/p>\n<p>Workflow, Communication &amp; Coordination<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Coordinate communication between internal Creative teams, cross-functional partners, and agency or freelance resources to support a smooth, frictionless process.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Organize, schedule, and support internal status meetings, standups, and reviews; capture notes, action items, and follow-ups.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Communicate creative best practices, requirements, and guidelines to partners as directed, helping reinforce consistency and quality across deliverables.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Escalate potential risks, timeline challenges, or resourcing conflicts early to the Creative Operations Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Tools, Systems &amp; Reporting<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Maintain accurate project tracking within creative operations tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Microsoft Office).<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Support the ongoing improvement of workflows, templates, and SOPs in partnership with Creative Operations leadership.<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Assist with organizing and maintaining creative documentation, process resources, and pitch or partner-facing materials.<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration &amp;
