This structured 2\u20133 year program builds foundational technical and sales expertise in Memphis before placing graduates into long-term career roles based on company needs and individual strengths.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The 3-Phase Career Path<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Phase 1: Inside Sales (Months 0\u201312 | Memphis)<\/strong><br \/>Learn core pump\/system fundamentals. Process 40\u201360 transactional orders weekly, qualify inbound leads (BANT), and deliver fast, accurate quotes (24-hour turnaround).<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Phase 2: Customer Service Rep (Months 12\u201336 | Memphis)<\/strong><br \/>Own retention and growth for 50\u2013100 assigned accounts.
