This position will be responsible for the direct management oversight of a variety of property asset classes including commercial, retail, multifamily and residential. This role will be primarily responsible for managing properties that are bank owned or in receivership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate property maintenance and inspections<\/li>\n<li>Respond to emergency calls and ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Manage leases, deposits, rent collection, and agreement compliance<\/li>\n<li>Complete paperwork for housing assistance programs<\/li>\n<li>Resolve tenant complaints, violations, and issues<\/li>\n<li>Manage evictions as needed<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual budgets and report on financial performance<\/li>\n<li>Track lease dates and report vacancies, tenant data, and property conditions<\/li>\n<li>Manage on-site staff, vendors, and contractors<\/li>\n<li>Prepare CAM reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain tenant relationships<\/li>\n<li>Prepare purchase orders and approve invoices<\/li>\n<li>Maintain COIs for tenants and coordinate contractors<\/li>\n<li>Market vacant spaces to attract tenants as needed<\/li>\n<li>Handle move-out reconciliations, damage checks, and deposit returns per state law<\/li>\n<li>Communicate issues and recommendations to management<\/li>\n<li>Enter data into property management software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship management, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Rent Manager, Yardi, and\/or Entrata, preferred<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of affordable housing laws and anti-discrimination legislation, preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience in real estate, management, leasing, multi-family\/single family\/scattered site housing, sales, hospitality, or retail, preferred<\/li>\n<li>CPM, RPA, or RAM designation, preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-4 years of directly related experience in an operational or related role<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in real estate, Finance, Business Management or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred<\/li>\n<li>Required to drive personal vehicle on company business<\/li>\n<li>Required to physically tour and evaluate vacant and\/or occupied properties<\/li>\n<li>Occasional same day travel may be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer competitive compensation, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To learn more about our organization, please visit our website:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.prodigyproperties.com\/\"><strong>https:\/\/www.prodigyproperties.com\/<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are looking for a rewarding, impactful opportunity where you will grow and develop your accounting and finance skills, apply online at <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/grnh.se\/mfv7wcfm3us\">https:\/\/grnh.se\/mfv7wcfm3us<\/a> or email job@strategichrinc.com!<\/p>\n<p>Employer is EOE\/M\/F\/D\/V.
