We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee Patient Registration and Front-End Access operations, supporting areas including Emergency Department, Outpatient Services, Surgery, Cardiac Cath, and more. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and revenue cycle performance.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Bring:
\u2022 7+ years of Patient Access, Registration, Billing, Scheduling, or Revenue Cycle experience
\u2022 5+ years of leadership experience
\u2022 CHAM certification required
\u2022 Strong knowledge of insurance verification, authorization, scheduling, and registration workflows
\u2022 EPIC experience highly preferred (Prelude, Cadence & MyChart)
\u2022 Ability to lead multiple teams and departments across locations<\/p>\n
