As our Learning &amp; Development Intern, you\u2019ll help design and deliver professional development programs for students, interns, and community partners.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll create learning materials, help coordinate workshops, and improve our internal training systems\u2014gaining real experience in curriculum design, digital learning, and program coordination within a mission-driven organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About GlowUp ACS \u2014\u00a0<\/strong>GlowUp ACS is a New Jersey\u2013based 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to close the \u201cexperience paradox\u201d: the catch-22 where entry-level roles require experience that early-career talent hasn\u2019t yet had the chance to build. As an Associate Intern, you\u2019ll contribute to real, meaningful work on live projects. This is an unpaid role, and we follow all applicable U.S. and university guidelines for unpaid internships; documentation to support college credit is available upon request. We value self-starters who communicate openly and thrive in a flexible, collaborative, fully remote environment.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help plan and deliver internal learning sessions and skill-building workshops.<\/li>\n<li>Develop or update digital learning materials, guides, and templates.<\/li>\n<li>Research best practices in learning design, mentorship, and workforce development.<\/li>\n<li>Support tracking and evaluation of learning outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with HR, operations, and communications to integrate training into onboarding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Need<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interest in education, instructional design, training, or human development.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort with digital tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or an LMS (training provided).<\/li>\n<li>Reliable computer\/laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and a webcam\/microphone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Gain<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The official Associate Intern title for your resume and LinkedIn.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience on real projects you can add to your portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Mentorship and feedback, with access to professional development resources as capacity allows.<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility for optional college credit where your school offers it, with documentation provided on request.<\/li>\n<li>A reference reflecting your contributions, where earned, and the potential to grow into a Fellowship or title-earning role over time.<\/li>\n<li>A welcoming, inclusive, mission-driven remote team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>If that sounds like you, we\u2019d love to hear from you.
