- Support multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) operations<\/li>\n
- Write and edit product copy and microcopy<\/li>\n
- Communicate new features in easy-to-understand language<\/li>\n
- Leverage AI tools to drive high-value product marketing and sales outcomes<\/li>\n
- Support the extraction of marketing insights from customer discovery, usability testing, and other customer\/user research and analysis<\/li>\n
- Drive community building and engagement efforts thorough online channels<\/li>\n
- Write and edit product marketing content such as blogs, newsletters, FAQs, and social media posts<\/li>\n
- Collaborate with product designers, data product engineers, and other team members<\/li>\n
- Proactively identify and present opportunities to improve product marketing and sales operations<\/li>\n
- Collaborate with teammates using Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and other software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
