This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, business development, and operational efficiency to enhance brand awareness, optimize internal processes, and increase customer engagement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute <strong>comprehensive marketing strategies<\/strong> to enhance <strong>brand visibility and customer engagement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct <strong>market research and competitor analysis<\/strong> to identify new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and <strong>optimize digital marketing campaigns<\/strong> across <strong>SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee <strong>website content management, Shopify product listings, and performance analytics<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Track and measure <strong>campaign performance metrics<\/strong> using <strong>Google Analytics and CRM platforms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Create <strong>marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and case studies<\/strong> to support sales initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in <strong>lead generation and customer relationship management<\/strong> through<strong> HubSpot<\/strong>\n<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute <strong>email marketing campaigns.<\/strong>\n<\/li>\n<li>Capture and create photo\/video content for products, social media, marketing campaigns, and company branding initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Edit videos, reels, and promotional content for digital marketing and advertising purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Design social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and other creative tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree<\/strong> in <strong>Marketing, Business, MBA or a related field<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong <strong>understanding of digital marketing, branding, and business development strategies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot)<\/strong> to track customer data and optimize sales pipelines.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, klaviyo and automation workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to track &amp; measure <strong>marketing performance using Google Analytics and data-driven KPIs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Shopify, WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent <strong>verbal and written communication skills<\/strong> with the ability to present ideas effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to <strong>multitask and manage multiple projects<\/strong> in a <strong>fast-paced, deadline-driven environment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Must have a valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation<\/strong> for client visits, meetings, or networking events.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and social media content trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp;
