{"id":17926,"date":"2025-06-24T02:19:37","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T02:19:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/physical-therapist-15\/"},"modified":"2025-06-24T02:19:37","modified_gmt":"2025-06-24T02:19:37","slug":"physical-therapist-15","status":"publish","type":"ch_job","link":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/physical-therapist-15\/","title":{"rendered":"Physical Therapist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Waianae Coast Early Childhood Services (WCECS)<\/strong> is seeking <strong>full time or part-time<\/strong> Hawaii licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide Early Intervention (EI) services to families with infants and toddlers (0-35 months) with developmental delay in the <strong>Parent Child Development Centers<\/strong> in <strong>Wai&#8217;anae, Waipahu and\/or Wahiawa<\/strong>. PT must be available to provide in-person services and attend virtual sessions\/meetings.<\/p>\n<p>The PT will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing services using the <strong>Primary Service Provider model and coaching approach<\/strong> to work with families in the home setting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct evaluations and write reports<\/li>\n<li>Assist team with plan development<\/li>\n<li>Provide consultations and coaching to families and other team members<\/li>\n<li>Timely and accurate documentation<\/li>\n<li>Participate in team meetings<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-person home visits<\/li>\n<li>Conduct telepractice visits per client\u2019s discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Physical Therapy from a school approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospital of the American medical Association and by the APTA.<\/li>\n<li>Current Hawaii State PT License<\/li>\n<li>Current registration with APTA<\/li>\n<li>One year experience in pediatric physical therapy<\/li>\n<li>Access to reliable transportation daily and proof of insurance<\/li>\n<li>Driver&#8217;s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday, with occasional late afternoon shift or weekend shift required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_ch_employer_id":"13206","_ch_external_id":"10014360","_ch_location_state":"","_ch_location_city":"","_ch_is_ocr_job":"","_ch_expiration_date":"2026-06-24","_ch_apply_link":"https:\/\/monmouth.joinhandshake.com\/jobs\/10014360\/share_preview"},"ch_stakeholder":[],"ch_class_year":[],"ch_job_category":[],"ch_career_skill":[],"ch_industry":[],"class_list":["post-17926","ch_job","type-ch_job","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ch_job\/17926","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ch_job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/ch_job"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=17926"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"ch_stakeholder","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ch_stakeholder?post=17926"},{"taxonomy":"ch_class_year","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ch_class_year?post=17926"},{"taxonomy":"ch_job_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ch_job_category?post=17926"},{"taxonomy":"ch_career_skill","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ch_career_skill?post=17926"},{"taxonomy":"ch_industry","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ch_industry?post=17926"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
