Responsible for finding and vetting new business opportunities and developing value propositions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Targets new business opportunities by identifying potential new customers and growing revenue, conducting background research on potential customers, discussing the customer\u2019s supply chain with decision makers and other appropriate customer representatives and analyzing customer needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Utilizes Suggested Calls and other data-driven reporting to identify customer growth opportunities via call cycling and customer visits.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintains regular and consistent communication with manager and peers within the Sales organization, related to joint sales call opportunities, etc. in support of new\/incremental revenue.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintains healthy pipeline of new leads, completes successful calls on those leads and works to schedule opportunity handoff calls.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Navigates internal, cross-functional processes to coordinate and collaborate on support and solutions with internal teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborates with sales peers, marketing, finance, operations, and other areas as appropriate in identifying issues and developing\/implementing solutions to support growth of revenue.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Performs other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education\/Minimum Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be considered for this position you must meet one of the following: Bachelor&#8217;s degree\/equivalent OR Four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience OR one (1) year of the Company&#8217;s business-to-business sales experience required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Product Knowledge, Resilience with Prospecting and Lead qualification, Time Management, Organization, Self-Motivation, Adaptability, Business Acumen, Experience Leveraging Technology\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moderate overnight travel required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong>\ufeffQuantifiable &amp; Measurable Sales Achievements, Sales Experience using Digital tools\/CRM, Collaboration across multiple functions\u200b\ufeff\ufeff\ufeff<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay Transparency:<\/strong>\ufeffThis compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for\ufeff\ufeffadditional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
