The role involves close collaboration with engineers, client success specialists, and leadership, while also requiring direct engagement with both technical teams and high-level client stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions. This is not a passive coordinator role \u2013 it requires proactive ownership, rigorous execution, and a deep technical grasp of our solutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute the entire onboarding journey for new clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop detailed project plans to lead and drive complex projects to completion<\/li>\n<li>Manage all aspects of the client implementation process and project life cycle<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Engineering team to scope client requests<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with clients to manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Manage a portfolio of clients at various stages<\/li>\n<li>Manage and provide mentorship to a team of Client Success Specialists<\/li>\n<li>Oversee team performance in meeting goals and expected milestones<\/li>\n<li>Review and improve processes to ensure effective client implementation and management practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a US Citizen (Due to Government Contract Requirements)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience leading technical software implementation projects<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage complex client-facing software deployments with concurrent stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Able to translate technical requirements into clear project deliverables and vice versa<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of web-based SaaS products, APIs, integrations, and data migrations<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client implementations with competing deadlines while maintaining high-quality delivery across all projects<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering and support roles<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to lead client calls, demos, and training sessions<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable owning high-stakes client relationships and managing demanding client expectations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate complex information effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ProDIGIQ fosters an inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, initiative, and professional growth.
