We are a medical communications agency with two (potentially three) websites. We\u2019re looking for a motivated WordPress Intern to help manage content, updates, images, and corrections across our sites, plus create landing pages and basic email templates. This is a paid internship starting at $20\/hour, with potential for growth and a longer-term position. Local candidates in Long Branch, New Jersey, are preferred, with a minimum in-person requirement of 1\u20132 days per week. Role & Responsibilities
\u00a0Add and update content on our WordPress websites (text, images, embeds, and media).
\u00a0Upload and organize media, ensure accessibility and SEO basics.
\u00a0Implement small website updates and fixes, troubleshoot issues, and test changes.
\u00a0Create simple landing pages for campaigns and events.
\u00a0Build basic email templates and campaigns (via Mailchimp or equivalent) and coordinate with the team on content.
\u00a0Assist with keeping two websites aligned in style, structure, and messaging.
\u00a0Maintain documentation of changes and workflows for continuity.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\u00a0WordPress experience (core familiarity with dashboards, posts\/pages, themes, plugins, widgets, and media library).
\u00a0Basic knowledge of HTML\/CSS; comfort with WYSIWYG editors and page builders is a plus.
\u00a0Experience updating content, adding images, and managing media.
\u00a0Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) is highly desirable.
\u00a0Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and quality control.
\u00a0Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively with editors and designers.
\u00a0Availability to work in-person in Long Branch, NJ for at least 1\u20132 days per week (with potential for longer-term remote days as needed).<\/p>\n

\u00a0Experience with CRM systems or customer databases.
