This academic year-long internship offers the opportunity to build essential skills for your career as the person who keeps creative projects moving.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/p>\n<p>As our Marketing Production Intern, you&#8217;ll be the essential link coordinating visual communication projects from start to finish. \u00a0The core responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Coordination &amp; Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements, specifications, and timelines for print and digital materials<\/li>\n<li>Track projects from conception through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized project files and production schedules using department systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as liaison between internal teams and external vendors (designers, printers, photographers, videographers)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including scheduling, location setup, and talent management<\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional relationships with external partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quality Assurance &amp; Production Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review proofs and materials for accuracy, brand compliance, and quality before final approval<\/li>\n<li>Assist with invoice processing for production-related expenses<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate distribution and delivery of finished materials<\/li>\n<li>Archive final production files into the department Google drive or digital asset management system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong> Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in marketing, communications, or design is a plus \u2014 but we&#8217;re equally interested in candidates who can point to something they took ownership of and saw through to completion, whether personal, academic, or professional<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
