About the Organization<\/strong><\/p>\n Boundless Freedom Project (BFP) is a reentry nonprofit supporting individuals transitioning out of incarceration. We run programs, provide resources, and work directly with people rebuilding their lives. Our work is real, our community is resilient, and our story deserves to be told well.<\/p>\n Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n We’re looking for a creative student or recent grad who can help us capture what BFP does and tell that story across social media. This could be a photographer, videographer, content creator, or someone who does all three. The most important skill is knowing how to find a story in a room and turn it into content that connects with people.<\/p>\n What You’ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n Attend BFP events and programs to capture photo and\/or video content<\/p>\n Edit and deliver content ready for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn<\/p>\n Help shape the visual brand and storytelling presence of the organization<\/p>\n Collaborate directly with BFP leadership on content direction and priorities<\/p>\n What We’re Looking For<\/p>\n Studying communications, film, marketing, journalism, graphic design, or a related field (or self-taught with work to show)<\/p>\n Skills in photo editing, video editing, or both \u2014 portfolio or samples required<\/p>\n Comfortable telling human stories with care and without sensationalizing<\/p>\n Based in or able to commute to the RDU\/Triangle area for in-person events<\/p>\n What You’ll Gain<\/strong><\/p>\n Portfolio Work<\/p>\n Real nonprofit content you can use and own<\/p>\n Attribution<\/p>\n Credit on all published content<\/p>\n Leadership Access<\/p>\n Direct collaboration with the executive team<\/p>\n Letter of Recommendation<\/p>\n For strong contributors upon request<\/p>\n How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n Apply through Handshake and include a link to your portfolio, Instagram, TikTok, or any samples of your work.
