Our mission is to raise the standard of hydration through intentional wellness, elevated design, and modern lifestyle culture.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a creative, organized, and growth-minded intern to help us expand Susosu\u2019s digital community, ambassador relationships, and partnership presence this summer.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a traditional internship. You\u2019ll work directly alongside the founders helping build authentic brand relationships, digital community presence, and creator\/ambassador partnerships for a fast-growing premium consumer brand carried in 900+ retail locations across the East Coast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Community &amp; Partnership Growth<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help identify and source creators, athletes, ambassadors, and lifestyle personalities aligned with the Susosu brand<\/li>\n<li>Assist with partnership outreach and relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Support digital ambassador and creator collaborations<\/li>\n<li>Help build authentic online brand presence and community engagement<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for brand exposure through aligned creators and communities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with creator gifting and product seeding initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PR Boxes &amp; Brand Seeding<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help coordinate and organize PR box shipments<\/li>\n<li>Assist with outreach, packaging coordination, and tracking creator deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Help brainstorm creative gifting and partnership ideas<\/li>\n<li>Support ambassador onboarding and communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Content &amp; Social Support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capture behind-the-scenes content related to partnerships\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Instagram stories and community-focused content<\/li>\n<li>Help track creator content and partnership deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Contribute ideas for digital community growth and brand engagement<\/li>\n<li>Support lifestyle and creator-focused marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Activations &amp; Brand Representation (Occasional)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with local activations or events if needed<\/li>\n<li>Support occasional in-person brand representation opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Community &amp; Communication<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable networking and communicating online<\/li>\n<li>Organized and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of creator culture and social media communities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Creative &amp; Social Media<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and modern social platforms<\/li>\n<li>Strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and lifestyle culture<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of premium wellness and consumer brands<\/li>\n<li>Ability to contribute creative partnership and community ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Organization &amp;
