We are hiring one Marketing Intern to help tell that story across three organizations.

IABA (Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis) is a California-based pioneer of positive behavioral support since 1981. Our model is cited by California’s Department of Developmental Services and recognized by the National Health Service (NHS) England.

Patterns Behavioral Services is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider operating across 11 states, with centers in Culver City and Pasadena where this internship is based.

The IABA Research and Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to protecting and disseminating the science of positive behavioral support worldwide. Our training programs are taught at University College Dublin and used across six continents.

Our founders received the 2026 Policy Award and the 2010 International Leadership Award from the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD), the oldest professional organization in the field.

This is not a coffee-run internship.
