This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analytics, research methodology, data visualization, and impact evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will design and implement data collection systems, analyze platform usage data, conduct user surveys and focus groups, and create data visualizations and reports to track progress toward the plan&#8217;s success metrics. You will work collaboratively with all module leads to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the rollout.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement data collection systems to track user growth, engagement, and retention metrics<\/li>\n<li>Analyze platform analytics data using Google Analytics, SQL databases, or similar tools<\/li>\n<li>Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools<\/li>\n<li>Generate monthly and quarterly reports tracking KPIs for all four modules<\/li>\n<li>Design and administer user surveys to measure satisfaction, usability, and impact<\/li>\n<li>Conduct qualitative research including user interviews and focus groups<\/li>\n<li>Analyze survey and interview data to identify trends, insights, and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Support A\/B testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates<\/li>\n<li>Monitor platform performance metrics (uptime, page load times, error rates)<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with module leads to set data-driven goals and track progress<\/li>\n<li>Prepare data visualizations and presentations for board meetings and funder reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data privacy and security compliance (GDPR, CCPA)<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll program in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Social Science Research, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written communication skills with ability to present data insights clearly<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in SQL or database
