The Branch Rental Manager (BRM) position has responsibility for the sales &amp; operational activities of our commercial truck rental product line, including: business development, account management, customer service, asset management, and the branch\u2019s overall product line performance.<\/p>\n<p>As Branch Rental Manager, you\u2019ll manage a multi-million-dollar fleet, make decisions and create solutions to maximize product line revenue &amp; profitability performance, create an efficient rental operation, provide outstanding service to our customers, pursue new commercial rental accounts, develop sales leads for new contractual product lines (e.g., full service lease, contract maintenance, etc.), and execute the company\u2019s sales &amp; marketing strategies.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Our Branch Rental Managers are exposed to many different sales &amp; operations aspects of our business, gaining valuable experience and knowledge. And, our management team provides positive coaching &amp; mentoring to help develop your skill sets for success.<\/p>\n<p><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages a fleet of trucks and matches availability with customer requirements and needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures decisions and solutions throughout the vehicle rental process maximize product line revenue and profitability performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the rental operation runs efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Interacts with clients and potential clients in-person and on the phone ensuring high-quality service and excellent overall customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Arranges for the rental of vehicles, including all necessary paperwork.<\/li>\n<li>Works with shop personnel, as well as takes ownership and all steps necessary, to ensure trucks are client-ready, on-time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures high-quality customer satisfaction and overall positive customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves customer complaints to their satisfaction with Hogan policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Pursues new commercial rental accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Develops sales leads for new contractual product lines (e.g., full-service lease, contract maintenance, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Works with and assists other Hogan sales personnel to maximize branch\u2019s financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Executes the company\u2019s sales and marketing
