Bring your positive attitude, skills, and commitment to the SkyWest team and take your career to new heights!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Job Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is a full-time position.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner<\/li>\n<li>Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews<\/li>\n<li>Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! SkyWest Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience.
