This opportunity includes a comprehensive <strong>4-week online pre-employment training program (15 hours per week)<\/strong>, conveniently scheduled after business hours. <strong>Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a $500 stipend<\/strong>. This is a fantastic chance to gain in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and a pathway into a dynamic tech role.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Below are some key highlights of the position, if this is of interest please let me know.\u00a0I would be happy to arrange a time to discuss the details and \/or to further determine which types of opportunities you may be interested in exploring.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Junior .Net\u00a0Developer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Austin TX (Hybrid 2-3 days Onsite)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prerequisites:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors\u2019 degree in Computer Engineering or related degree and\/or practical experience. Advanced degrees and\/or other professional certifications are a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience gained through at least 1 year in a software development role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in C#\/.NET (including .NET Core) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).<\/li>\n<li>Recent experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) teams, as both a practitioner and an adherent, using Jira\/Confluence.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot complex issues.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should be able to commute\/relocate to the job location.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should be able to commit to work a minimum of 15 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with event-driven programming (RabbitMQ or similar).<\/li>\n<li>Basic PowerShell for scripting\/automation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in financial industry-specific technologies, such as FIX messaging, market data APIs, and trade order management systems (OMS).<\/li>\n<li>Control-M (job scheduling).<\/li>\n<li>SonarQube or Veracode for code quality\/security.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Splunk (monitoring\/log analysis).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud technologies; AWS, GCP, or PCF will be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selection Process\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Technical interview by Quintrix and online assessment.<\/p>\n<p>2.
