The organization is committed to clinical excellence and innovative practices to better support our families.<\/p>\n<p>We prioritize supporting each employee\u2019s career development through training, clinical supervision and guidance to advance within the field.\u00a0 Investing in our team creates stronger clinicians and a greater impact for our families and the communities we serve.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred<\/li>\n<li>Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole<\/li>\n<li>Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions\u2019 team members through approved supervision activities<\/li>\n<li>Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sites<\/li>\n<li>Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BCBA certification<\/li>\n<li>Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants), LBA Licensure (For New Jersey Applicants)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to see families in the afternoon\/evenings after 3pm (3-4 times\/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you&#8217;re interested in applying, please visit the application portal to search for jobs near you by visiting our<\/strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.paycomonline.net\/v4\/ats\/web.php\/jobs?clientkey=AEB2158EC8FA77BA26D4A98099629E48\"><strong><u> Career Center<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong>.
