No scripts. No 100-calls-per-day boiler room. Just clear goals, mentorship, and visibility into career advancement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day-to-day includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Researching accounts and identifying decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Making personalized calls\/day<\/li>\n<li>Sending targeted emails\/day<\/li>\n<li>Attending monthly meetings (training, strategy, or sales calls)<\/li>\n<li>Documenting activity in Salesforce<\/li>\n<li>Choosing when to call vs. email \u2014 as long as you hit quotas<\/li>\n<li>Schedules are flexible (common options: 8\u20134, 7:30\u20133:30, 9\u20135). Start before 9:00am.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who This Role Is For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You want to break into B2B sales \u2014 no prior experience required.People who\u2019ve worked in retail, hospitality, campus orgs, or customer support tend to ramp fast.<\/li>\n<li>You like researching companies, asking smart questions, and writing clear messages.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You can manage your time without someone watching your screen.<br \/>Most reps work 8\u20134 or 9\u20135 with flexibility around when to make calls vs. emails.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re open to hybrid work. Being onsite 3x\/week helps with training, mentorship, and visibility.<\/li>\n<li>You care more about learning and getting promoted than coasting. Top performers get promoted to AE roles in 10 months (vs. 12 for the average).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Success Looks Like<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Most SDRs (70\u201380%) consistently hit their quota, and top performers exceed it by 2\u20133x. You\u2019ll be measured on quality conversations and conversions\u2014not just call volume\u2014so success depends more on preparation and execution than raw activity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actual compensation will depend on factors like your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.<\/p>\n<p>OTE includes base salary and performance bonuses tied to meetings booked and demo conversion.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation is just one part of a full Total Rewards package. You\u2019ll get coaching, weekly team syncs, and support from sales leadership.<\/p>\n<p>We adjust quotas based on market segment \u2014 no inflated targets.
