\ud83d\udd0d What You\u2019ll Do:
Source candidates through referrals, job boards, and outreach
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
Negotiate compensation packages
Track recruitment activity and performance metrics
Build strong candidate relationships
Collaborate with compliance and management teams
Support employee performance and retention<\/p>\n
\u2705 What We\u2019re Looking For:
Associate\u2019s degree or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Self-motivated with a team-first mindset<\/p>\n
