We\u2019d love to talk to you!<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Million Dollar Baby Co. is looking for an\u202fIT Support Specialist\u202fto provide technical assistance to our associates. We&#8217;re seeking a versatile and enthusiastic support technician to set up and deploy hardware and software, as well as deliver top-notch end-user support. This role will work closely with our systems and data teams. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll be doing: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide internal helpdesk support for Million Dollar Baby associates, contractors, and visitors\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Respond to, record, track, and resolve tickets using our helpdesk software\u2014attention to detail is essential\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, triage, and assign Tier 1 helpdesk requests\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update the internal IT knowledgebase\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Create documentation for new issues or deployments\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Provision laptop and desktop computers (Windows 11 and MacOS) for onboarding and replacements\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or basic network issues for end-users in the office and warehouse\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Support and troubleshoot the A\/V setup for video conferencing, including Zoom and Zoom Rooms, Slack, and conference room technology\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Setup and tear down audio\/visual equipment for company-wide events\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Assist with IT projects and other tasks as needed\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Research and present emerging technologies to the team\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you bring to the table:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably 1-2 years.
