We\u2019d love to talk to you!<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a person who\u2019s not afraid of rolling up their sleeves as a Warehouse Associate at MDB Co. This position is a full-time direct-hire position with full benefits 100% paid for by the company. The perfect person for the role should have a positive attitude, be eager to learn, be reliable, and like being part of a team. You will operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload product and materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, loading docks onto railroad cars, trucks, or warehouse racks. This role also involves manual labor, as you will load and unload containers, pick ship, pack, assemble, inspect, and repair products. You will also enter product information into our ERP system via scan guns and computers. You may work in receiving, shipping, returns and replacement parts, inspection, or production, and will partner with other team members in lifting, pulling, or pushing heavy items. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0What you&#8217;ll be doing (including but not limited to):\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Load &amp; unload containers using a stand up forklift (reach truck) or manually\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Sort product if necessary and ensure that the product is unloaded correctly\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Check loads are secure, stacking empty pallets\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily forklift equipment inspection for safety and proper preventive maintenance\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Pick, pack, and ship product\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Complete any other duties and projects that may be assigned.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Follow warehouse safety rules.<\/li>\n<li>Expected hours for the role is the following schedule:<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>Monday-Friday: 5am-1:30pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you bring to the table:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ year of Reach Truck Forklift experience (Crown reach truck or Raymond experience is highly preferred)<\/li>\n<li>2+ year of Lead experience overseeing a team of direct reports<\/li>\n<li>Must learn product and have good attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Be a team player and reliable<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Data entry skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexible with change, may be rotating from dept. to dept.<\/li>\n<li>Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner<\/li>\n<li>Proficient day to day math, language and reading skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>California pay range<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>$23 &#8211; $25 USD<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% of your health, dental and vision insurance monthly premiums paid by us!\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Flexible PTO because we respect the need for work\/life harmony\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Company matching 401(k)\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Vacation reimbursement and health &amp; wellness subsidy programs\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Tuition reimbursement\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Matching charitable donations to the nonprofit organization of your choice\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Company-wide monthly celebrations &#8211; lunch is on us!\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Dog-friendly workplace, yes!
