Essential Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<strong>Digital Content &amp; Design:<\/strong> Design and edit high-quality marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, and promotional materials) utilizing PowerPoint and company templates. Develop new creative assets as needed to support strategic business objectives.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<strong>Marketing Projects:<\/strong> Assist with ad-hoc marketing campaigns and initiatives as directed by leadership to drive business growth.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<strong>Social Media:<\/strong> Create, schedule and maintain engaging content across Mailerlite and the firm\u2019s social media platforms to increase brand visibility.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<strong>Brand Integrity:<\/strong> Organize digital assets and audit all materials to ensure strict compliance with firm brand standards.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<strong>Office Presence:<\/strong> Maintain regular, in-person attendance at the Newport Beach office during scheduled hours (approx. 20 hrs.\/week).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>2. Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">\n<strong>Technical\u00a0<\/strong>Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Photoshop, and professional social media management tools. Experience with broader Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
