About the role:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

As a\u00a0Part-Time\u00a0Sales\u00a0Associate\u00a0at Babyletto, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our first retail location! Your\u00a0role will focus on\u00a0daily sales\u00a0performance,\u00a0leading\u00a0the client experience, and\u00a0fostering relationships\u00a0while\u00a0representing\u00a0Babyletto\u2019s\u00a0core values.\u00a0This is an hourly role. You must be available to work at\u00a0minimum\u00a03 days a week\u00a0including\u00a0weekends.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What\u00a0you’ll\u00a0be doing:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Provide exceptional service to every person that walks through our\u00a0doors\u00a0<\/p>\n

Welcome and\u00a0educate\u00a0the client\u00a0into the\u00a0world of\u00a0Babyletto\u00a0through our design-led product, services & events\u00a0<\/p>\n

Create and process in-store sales\u00a0transactions\u00a0<\/p>\n

Deliver\u00a0sales\u00a0results\u00a0&\u00a0metrics\u00a0<\/p>\n

Engage\u00a0& clientele\u00a0new\u00a0\/\u00a0existing\u00a0clients\u00a0to build\u00a0store customer\u00a0base\u00a0<\/p>\n

Collaborate with Store Management team to develop individual selling strategies and track sales\u00a0accountability\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0Bring\u00a0empathy and\u00a0problem solving\u00a0to every customer interaction and escalation.\u00a0Be an advocate for \u201cget to yes\u201d\u00a0mentality\u00a0<\/p>\n

Support daily store operations with display maintenance, and open\u00a0\/\u00a0close\u00a0functions\u00a0<\/p>\n

Assist\u00a0with setting up and executing community programs and\u00a0events\u00a0<\/p>\n

What you\u00a0bring to the table:\u00a0<\/p>\n

3+ years of experience in sales. Experience in furniture, baby, or design showrooms is a plus\u00a0<\/p>\n

Proven record of driving sales & results\u00a0<\/p>\n

Strong sense\u00a0of personal style with a discerning eye\u00a0<\/p>\n

Passion for interior design and high-end furniture\u00a0<\/p>\n

Possess organizational and time management\u00a0skills\u00a0<\/p>\n

Wonderful written and verbal communication skills\u00a0<\/p>\n

People and relationships\u00a0driven\u00a0<\/p>\n

Self-motivated\u00a0with a positive POV\u00a0<\/p>\n

Can perform effectively on sales floor,\u00a0which includes\u00a0standing for\u00a0long periods\u00a0of time,\u00a0kneeling, bending, and\u00a0squatting\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ability to\u00a0lift small-medium items up to 25\u00a0lbs\u00a0utilizing proper\u00a0techniques\u00a0<\/p>\n

Flexible\u00a0Schedule;\u00a0Available to\u00a0work\u00a03 days a week,\u00a0evenings, weekends, and\u00a0holidays\u00a0<\/p>\n

Familiarity\u00a0with Shopify is a\u00a0plus\u00a0<\/p>\n
