Analysts work on a variety of projects and engagements, taking direction from the Engagement Manager, and typically travel to client sites and also work remotely to meet the needs of our projects.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Document project requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Create specifications for data integration<\/p>\n
\u2022 Build forms, smartlists, calculations, menus and reports<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with data conversion activities including validating numbers<\/p>\n
\u2022 Build security<\/p>\n
\u2022 Lead training sessions<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist client with process change management<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage projects<\/p>\n
\u2022 Work at client sites to deliver solutions that meet client objectives<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 An educational background that includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (especially Excel)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Skills to communicate effectively orally and in writing.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Speaking skills to deliver presentations internally and to clients.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to learn new things through mentoring and self-directed learning.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to meet project objectives under changing circumstances.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to travel domestically and internationally to work at client sites as required.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, internal and with clients.<\/p>\n
