In the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Intern role, you will be responsible for ensuring behavior management programs are consistently implemented for youth 21 and under:<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Promote safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills\u00a0<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Educate parents\/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Accurately collect behavior data including: A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval-based recording as needed\u00a0<br \/>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Attend clinical meetings as assigned such as access review meetings, clinical team meetings, progress conferences, etc.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>What You&#8217;ll Gain:<br \/>At the end of your internship, with your combination of hands-on experience, supervision, and training, you will be able to:<br \/>1.
