We\u2019re searching for a Physical Therapist with a zest for life<\/strong>, who can keep up with our kids\u2019 boundless energy and help them tap into their inner superhero strength!\u00a0<\/p>\n

About the Role:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

As a Physical Therapist with us, you\u2019re not just someone with a degree \u2013 you\u2019re a total life-changer! You\u2019ll help our little heroes (birth to 18 years) discover new abilities, conquer challenges, and occasionally win in imaginary dragon battles. Each day you\u2019ll create unique, kid-approved therapy plans with a sprinkle of silliness to help kids tackle big goals while having fun. You\u2019re here to help every kid reach their full super-potential \u2013 cape optional!\u00a0<\/p>\n

What\u2019s in Your Superhero Job Description?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Boost Little Heroes\u2019 Powers:<\/strong> Use your trusty toolkit of therapy skills to assist kids facing anything from cerebral palsy to just-a-little-too-shy-to-try. Help them find their strength and go beyond!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Superpower Discovery Sessions: <\/strong>Evaluate kiddos’ super-strengths, pinpoint their secret challenges, and work with them on custom-built, supercharged therapy plans (preferably with some silly sound effects).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Power-Up Gear Guru: <\/strong>Help fit kids with all sorts of gadgets \u2013 prosthetics, orthotics \u2013 and teach them to wield these tools like the pros they are.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Teach Their Sidekicks (a.k.a. Families): <\/strong>Share your tricks with parents so they can be hero coaches, too. We want every family leaving 321go Kids HQ ready to help their kiddos crush their goals!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Document Progress Like a True Detective: <\/strong>Keep tabs on progress, write it all down, and keep it confidential \u2013 after all, heroes have their secrets.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Safety Protocol Pro: <\/strong>Kids may be heroes-in-training, but they can be a bit clumsy! Keep the space safe, fun, and as free of splinters as possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n
