In this role, you will ensure a seamless checkout experience processing transactions with precision, securing customer information within our Point of Sale (POS) system, and upholding an immaculate cashwrap area.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cashiers are the entry point for future roles within Ralph Lauren where you can begin to write your Next Great Chapter.<\/p>\n<p>This position may be offered as full-time or part-time, depending on candidate availability and business needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customer Service &amp; Sales<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create exceptional customer experiences beginning with warm, welcoming greetings<\/li>\n<li>Answer phones professionally and handle inquiries effectively<\/li>\n<li>Engage in cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Share product knowledge and passion for Ralph Lauren fashion with customers<\/li>\n<li>Balance multiple tasks while maintaining customer service priority<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Transaction Processing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process all sales transactions efficiently (cash, credit, debit, checks)<\/li>\n<li>Validate and inspect returned merchandise, ensuring that all merchandise returned is in saleable condition and eligible for return.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate any concerns to management as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage promotional offers and coupon redemption accurately<\/li>\n<li>Execute Ship to Home orders with precision<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer profiles in POS system<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate salesperson data capture<\/li>\n<li>Process merchandise professionally (scanning, folding, bagging)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Store Operations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness of cash wrap, queue line, and surrounding areas<\/li>\n<li>Capture reticket information for tag less merchandise<\/li>\n<li>Support visual merchandising standards following company guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to Management on product and category opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional Development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete compliance, product knowledge and company trainings<\/li>\n<li>Supports the store and team in finding top talent by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintain RL standards and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive and belonging work environment<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with team members<\/li>\n<li>Champion company core values and policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock\/dressing room, cashwrap and office;
