Friday schedule, working approximately 40 hours per week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co-Op Terms Available: <\/strong>January 2027 &#8211; August 2027, or May 2027 &#8211; December 2027<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB ELEMENTS &amp; POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide hands-on support to the Continuous Improvement &amp; Manufacturing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Aptar\u2019s continuous improvement process by using structured problem-solving techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Perform root cause analysis to help solve problems in the manufacturing process.<\/li>\n<li>Lead small projects &amp; improvement activities to enhance processes throughout the plant.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in implementing machine &amp; process changes that support continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to cross-functional teams focused on cost-saving initiatives &amp; operational improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with statistical analysis, solution verification, &amp; validation of improvement countermeasures.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in 5S audits &amp; support ongoing 5S improvements across the plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Quick learner who can adapt &amp; perform well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated &amp; confident, with the ability to take initiative &amp; drive tasks forward.<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively both independently &amp; in cross-functional groups.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with\u2014or willingness to learn\u2014AutoCAD or similar design software.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational &amp; time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with computers &amp;
