Highlights of your role<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate support.<\/li>\n
  • Educate dealer partners on Marvin\u2019s Order Management software, products and warranty processes through virtual or in-person training.<\/li>\n
  • Own customer interactions from start to resolution, offering solutions that align with Marvin\u2019s policies and service standards.<\/li>\n
  • Support onboarding for new dealers and partners, facilitating account setup and initial training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 2+ years in a customer-facing role.<\/li>\n
    • Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce to manage customer interactions.<\/li>\n
    • A track record of resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining strong relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Proven team collaboration skills.<\/p>\n

      • Comfort mentoring others and sharing expertise across teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Also want to make sure you have<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        • Familiarity with building materials, construction, or manufacturing industries.<\/li>\n
        • Ability to learn Marvin\u2019s systems and apply product knowledge to customer solutions.<\/li>\n
        • Strong organizational and project management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Associate degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience.<\/p>\n
