Responsibilities Include<\/u>:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Handle online and in-person legal filings<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cite-check and finalize legal documents, including drafting and reviewing Table of Contents and Table of Authorities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with routine motion and discovery<\/p>\n
\u2022 Prepare and deliver courtesy copies\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage the firm\u2019s case files, calendar, and docketing systems<\/p>\n
\u2022 Interface with clients\u00a0
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/u>:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent verbal and client service skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience with Excel and\/or Google Sheets\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000. Compensation also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.<\/p>\n
