Apply today and become a valued member of our team!<\/p>\n<p>To Apply: \u00a0https:\/\/jobs.avahr.com\/40409-inreach-rehab\/79562-physical-therapist<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress.<\/li>\n<li>Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and use of modalities.<\/li>\n<li>Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).<\/li>\n<li>Current Maine PT license (or eligibility).<\/li>\n<li>Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Inspire is an E-Verify employer.
