Interns gain valuable experience by contributing to real-world projects, collaborating with experienced professionals, and developing the skills needed to launch a successful career. As an intern, you may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Support initiatives that drive business performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, innovation, or organizational effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and professionals across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data, processes, systems, or business needs to identify opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with project planning, execution, documentation, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute ideas and recommendations that support departmental goals and strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills relevant to your field of study.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and peers while gaining exposure to various areas of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in professional development activities and networking opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple assignments and priorities while working independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Gain industry knowledge and a deeper understanding of Hubbell&#8217;s products, customers, and markets.<\/li>\n<li>Present project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations to local leadership at the conclusion of the internship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What Will Help You Thrive in This Role?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in a relevant field of study (required).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (required).<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate in a team environment while also working independently.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with software, tools, systems, or technologies related to your area of study is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><br \/>Intern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
