This position will work at our in Solon. As this position grows, there may be opportunity for supervisory growth over our custodial services.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all facility systems and equipment are in working order (i.e., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain outside of buildings to ensure grounds are safe and in working order<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inside of buildings to ensure safe and operational working areas<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and perform routine inspections and maintenance in facilities, making repairs as needed<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and document regular building inspections<\/li>\n<li>Follow maintenance schedule while fulfilling ticket submissions, completing the necessary documentation (i.e., certifications, audit paperwork), and creating reports on maintenance-related occurrences<\/li>\n<li>Train and supervise maintenance staff on maintenance procedures<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with and train employees on safety procedures<\/li>\n<li>Communicate products that need to be purchased for machines<\/li>\n<li>Work with management to secure and negotiate repair contracts<\/li>\n<li>Oversee work done by outside vendors and contractors<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facility needs<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>QUALIFICATIONS<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED, advanced technical training preferred<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience required<\/li>\n<li>Sound computer literacy skills<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical skills and acumen (knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other building systems a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform basic fixes on machines (i.e., CNC mills, lathes, and additive equipment)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with repair tools and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Professional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Time management, organization, and prioritization abilities<\/li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail and quality control skills<\/li>\n<li>Efficient problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>OTHER REQUIREMENTS<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds<\/li>\n<li>Ability to climb ladders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Key performance indicators, or KPIs, are a set of quantifiable measurements used to gauge overall long-term performance of a company, department, or position.
